Andrew Kerr

Head of Company Commercial
Role
Andrew is Head of our company and commercial team and is based at our Milton Keynes office. Andrew deals with a diverse range of Company and Commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and corporate re-organisations, management buy-outs and management buy-ins, corporate finance, setting up of various legal entities including limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies, partnerships and joint ventures. Andrew advises on a wide variety of commercial agreements including shareholder agreements, agency and distribution agreements and franchise agreements; he also advises parties involved in commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership disputes.
Experience
Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. He originally trained with the regional law firm now known as DMH Stallard based in Sussex before moving to Northampton based DFA Law in 1993 and subsequently becoming head of the firm’s Company and Commercial Department. Andrew recently joined Borneos to head up their Milton Keynes Company and Commercial Department.
Background and Interests
Andrew is interested in various sports including golf, skiing and rugby. Andrew is a music lover and also has a keen interest in classic cars
