Elish is a solicitor in our Corporate Employment Team in Milton Keynes.

Experience

Elish has appeared as an advocate in the Employment Tribunal on numerous occasions and has dealt with complex discrimination cases involving age, sex, disability, sexual orientation and religion.

She also has experience in:

• Drafting and advising on compromise agreements 
• Drafting contracts of employment and staff handbooks 
• Reviewing and updating policy documents 
• Dismissal and disciplinary procedures and advising on termination of employment 
• Handling grievance procedures

Elish also enjoys writing and has had articles published in the Solicitors Journal.

• Completed her LLB (Hons) and Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire 
• Trained at Hertfordshire firm Underwoods
