James is a paralegal in our Commercial Litigation Team in Milton Keynes

Experience

James works in the area of Debt Recovery and specifically advises commercial clients in the Pub Estate Management, Residentiai and Commercial Property Management and Brewery fields. James' experience ranges from serving section 146 Notices, through issuing of Court proceedings to the enforcement of Judgments. He is able to assist with any bankruptcy, insolvency and IVA matters that you may have. James can also advise in relation to setting aside and/or removing a Judgment from the Register of County Court Judgments.

Background

James attended Colchester Royal Grammar School and Oxford Brookes University before joining Borneos in 2004, becoming part of the Commercial Litigation Team in 2006.

Interests

Aside from participating in and watching motorsport events, James enjoys running, badminton and football. James sees himself as the next Steven Gerrard.
