Role

Joseph Soul joined Borneos in 2000 and is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Team. He became a member of the LLP in 2006. He advises on all aspects of freehold and leasehold property, undertaking a wide range of work, including landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal of retail and industrial premises, nursing and residential care homes and hotels and for a number of developers.

His work also overlaps with other areas, such as, disposals and acquisitions, business disposals and all aspects of freehold and leasehold property management transactions. Joseph also has some planning and licensing experience.

Joseph has a wide property portfolio in the fields described above, as well as associated private client work.

Experience

Joseph’s recent experience includes:

 

• disposal of several care home portfolio sold for in excess of £4,000,000
• acquisition and disposal of residential development sites
• plot sales
• Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 disputes
• preparation negotiation and completion of Section 106 Agreements for residential developments
