Role

Ken is a consultant and is based at the firm’s Bedford office where he is concerned primarily with company and commercial law, and commercial property.

Experience

Ken was Chairman and (prior to the firm converting to LLP status) senior partner of the firm for over 33 years, and during that period he has specialised in commercial property and has been involved in substantial commercial property transactions. He has also been instructed on a significant number of mergers and acquisitions.

Background

Ken was a former Barrister at Law, before being admitted as a solicitor, and has three grown up daughters.

Interests

Ken has been a member of Bedford Castle Rotary Club for nearly 20 years and is a former President of that club. He is interested in various sports, particularly tennis, and is currently President of the Bedfordshire Lawn Tennis Association. Ken also began playing golf a few years ago and is a member of Bedfordshire Golf Club. The firm supports a number of charities, and Ken is also a trustee of some of them, including the Retirement Education Centre (Bedford) Limited.
