Ruth is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department in Bedford. Ruth carries out work on behalf of landlords and tenants with regard to the negotiating, surrendering and variation of leases. She also undertakes work on the sale and purchase of commercial premises and the sale and purchase of small unincorporated businesses.

Experience

Ruth is a newly qualified solicitor but has previously worked in Commercial Property in firms in Lincoln and Nottingham.

Background

Ruth studied Law at Derby University and attained a 2:1 for her degree. She then completed her LPC at Birmingham College of Law.

Interests

Ruth enjoys gardening and has recently acquired an allotment. She is also a keen, but slow, skier.
