Vincent is based at the Milton Keynes office of the firm, and has worked exclusively in Commercial Litigation and its related aspects since his qualification. This means that he can advise in cases covering all areas of the civil law. This includes such diverse matters as faulty merchandise, breach of contract, professional negligence, boundary disputes and Landlord and Tenant.
Vincent is also able to provide advice and assistance in relation to the specialist area of disputed wills. For example where there is a question over the validity of a will or if there is a potential claim by a dependant who has not received adequate provision from an estate.
He also has a particular interest in Judicial Review which is a procedure where the courts can review the decisions of public bodies to decide if they comply with rules of natural justice.
Vincent has conducted a number of cases which have progressed through to the Court of Appeal and as such is familiar with High Court procedures and Practice.
Vincent has also taken an active interest in the new Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures which are now being actively encouraged by the courts. He has prepared and attended formal mediation proceedings as well as attending many informal resolution meetings.
