The family team at Borneos, the largest family department in the region, has a well-earned reputation as a formidable force in the family law arena. Our team of 16 lawyers (including five Members) across our three offices, are able to provide an expert service in all fields of family law.

Our Accreditations

We place a strong emphasis on ongoing training for all members of the family law team. We attend national conferences on family law issues and regularly hold in-house training days provided by leading barristers and other experts in the field, to ensure that the whole team keeps up-to-date with this rapidly changing area of law. Our depth of expertise is reflected in the significant number of specialist panel accreditations held by members of the family department.
