Home Information Packs (HIPs)

In the majority of cases prior to placing your property on the market you will require a Home Information Pack (HIP) this includes:

• an index of documents;
• an energy performance certificate;
• a sales statement;
• official copies of title to the property;
• a plan;
• a local search;
• and a water/drainage search.

A HIP prepared by ourselves will belong to you and not the Estate Agent. If you choose therefore to market your property with a different agent it will not always be necessary for a second HIP to be prepared.
