Myrna Loy (HND Business Management) Counsellor, Artist, Poet and Writer was born in the UK of Jamaican parents. She has been exploring issues as they relate to being first generation black British female and felt that by spending time in Jamaica she could understand the policies, values and principles that have governed her life via her parents. Does her British culture dominate her Jamaican heritage?
'JamaicArt' is a new series of artwork that celebrates the culture of Luton-based visual artist, writer and poet, Myrna Loy.
