Sally Brooks studied ceramics at Bath College, graduating in 1990. She set up her own
ceramics business 'Sally Brooks Raku Ceramics' in 1991 with the help of the Princes Youth
Business Trust.The business has grown
steadily over the years to include other firing techniques in addition to raku. Buyers
have ranged from Liberty of London to individual shops and galleries as far afield as
Singapore.
Sally specialises in producing a unique range of
clocks which characteristically combine classic shapes and designs with modern influences
and styles. Clocks can be produced in a range of finishes including low fire techniques,
lustres and of course raku. Prices range from £25 - £95. Commissions are always welcome
and Sally is happy to discuss any ideas. |
