Having lived in Sydney, for 10 years, the work of Sarah Janavicius is strongly influenced by the Australian landscape and its flora. The striking vividness of colour, ranging from abundant subtropical splendour to the opposing contrasting colours of its desert landscape, is interpreted by this experienced artist, in her work.
Sarah's professional career, as a graphic designer, has given her a broad appreciation of composition, as well as a quality of design, which is apparent in her paintings. She paints with a variable use of media and technique, as diverse as both her creative and imaginative ability depending on a given subject matter.
Now living in Bedfordshire, England. Sarah exhibits her paintings regularly. She is also developing a keen interest in computers and how they can be used as an artistic tool in order to create thought-provoking imagery. Her paintings are, without a doubt, influenced by her background as a graphic designer living
